 Henry Donaldson Poster Takeover

In July Perry Lane saw the addition of four posters created by Henry Donaldson, a local Cranbrook HSC art student as part of his final year artwork.

Working with Woollahra Council's Public Art Coordinator, Maria Lacey, Donaldson organised for his 'pixelated images' to be placed in both Perry Lane and Murray Rose Pool, Double Bay.

'Popaganda'- a collision of Pop art and propaganda, is the inspiration behind his work which brings together elements of popular culture and real world events and personalities.

His posters are a visual expression of his world and what he likes to see.

In keeping with the aims of Woollahra Council and the Perry Lane Art Project to artistically activate public spaces, Henry Donaldson also invited feedback from the public and will submit the photographs of these installations as part of his final year work.
